INDIVIDUAL TRAINING for HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES

Our High School Training program offers male and female athletes one-on-one performance training in their specific sport of choice.  This highly individualized program helps players take their games to the next level while staying healthy and durable. Whether your goal is to make the team, earn a scholarship or rank All American—we’ll help you improve performance, speed, strength and agility safely and effectively. 

PROGRAM

At the High School level and beyond, we take the most personalized approach to training.  One-on-one sessions ensure that time is spent working on exactly what you need to become the best athlete you can be. We tailor the program to help you achieve your goals now and into the future. 

 

  • In Season: Stay focused, healthy and performing your best while immersed in the game.

  • Off Season: Use past season wins and losses to inform future performance gains.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Important elements of any great training program, strength and conditioning can give you an edge in just about any sport.  Our program shows you exactly how to target your workout for the sport and position you play.  Program includes personalized guidance on best practices and proper form with dumbbells, barbells and other equipment. 

SPEED/AGILITY/INJURY PREVENTION

Along with one-on-one strength training, we’ll recommend and coach you on speed and agility techniques that will make you stronger and faster. Our program also places a strong focus on keeping your body durable—less injury prone—so you can keep playing what you love!
