The Stage 3 (S3) Middle School Program focuses on essential skills, laying the building blocks for a successful athletic experience in a variety of sports.

The S3 Middle School Program is perfect for male and female athletes who are:

 

  • Struggling with coordination, speed or other essential skills 

  • Looking to keep up with peers who are stronger, faster or bigger

  • Hoping to take their already-stellar game to the next level

PROGRAM

Using a group format, our program focuses on 4 main elements of sports performance:

  • Linear Speed

  • Lateral Speed

  • Explosive Power

  • Conditioning 

These are the vital elements for optimal field/court performance—no matter what sport your child plays!  To help our athletes be the best they can be, we use a progression-based training program that measure progress from month to month and season to season.

All athletes work towards gaining the skills needed to excel in Middle School sports and continue through High School in a challenging and supportive environment.  We start with an evaluation phase using a series of tests and video analysis to identify each athlete's strengths and weaknesses. Then, we help tailor the program to his individual goals and needs. 

TRAINING CYCLE

We use a 4 week training cycle to accommodate our single and multi-sport athletes.  Whether In Season or in the Off Season our program is adaptable to each athlete's specific needs throughout the year.  

Training cycles begin each month with an Open Gym session to assess new and existing members' performance numbers and training goals.

INJURY PREVENTION

Cultivate proper technique and movement patterns that boost performance and help avoid injuries. This essential course is one that can help your athlete stay safe, efficient and in the action.  You know what they say, "the best ability.....is availABILITY!"
